About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to support students with autism in a dynamic Secondary School Provisions Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a specialist setting.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of autism spectrum conditions and be able to provide individualised support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Contribute to the development of the provision's curriculum
