As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Assist in the management of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Facilities Management Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to prioritize your workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
