Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer Services- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Process sales and supplier purchase orders
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Manage outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment
- Send regular statements and copy invoices to customers
- Onboard new customers and suppliers
- Reconcile supplier statements and process remittances
