About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team at KJ Talent & Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our wholesale distribution across the EU via Douglas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and Implement Wholesale Customer Plans

Develop and execute comprehensive plans to deliver brand vision, sales, and budgeted growth objectives for our wholesale customers.

Build and Maintain Relationships with Buyers and Stakeholders

Establish and nurture strong relationships with all buyers and stakeholders, leading retailer strategy meetings to proactively deliver positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Oversee In-Store Activities

Ensure the successful delivery of in-store activities that drive brand awareness, growth, and sales, aligning with our brand vision and objectives.

Partner with Sales and Education Executives

Collaborate with Sales and Education Executives to ensure Beauty Artists represent our brand effectively in-store, delivering an enhanced brand experience while achieving all sales targets and KPIs.

Identify New Wholesale Accounts

Work closely with the Sales Director Europe to identify new wholesale accounts and develop strategies to expand our presence in the European market.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in managing strategic accounts within a fast-paced, retail environment, preferably within the beauty/personal care/luxury goods/quality consumer brand sector.
  • Prior experience in managing Douglas accounts is strongly preferred.
  • International experience with expanding markets is highly advantageous.
  • An exceptional negotiator with proven commercial acumen and extensive prior management of sales plans and budgets.
  • Highly creative with a keen sense of brand and industry awareness, and the ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Relevant degree in business or marketing is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written German and English.
