Role Summary:
The Luxury Wholesale Relationship Manager will be instrumental in fostering strategic wholesale collaborations within the UK and exploring new commercial avenues to enhance success across the UK and EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key retail partners to expand our wholesale operations both domestically and internationally. Collaborate with the Commercial Director to formulate and implement account strategies and sales initiatives.
- Wholesale Operations Management: Supervise essential wholesale functions in the UK, ensuring excellence in order processing, invoicing, reporting, analysis, and fulfillment. Coordinate seasonal selling periods and work closely with planning teams to manage orders within the open-to-buy budget.
- Sales Enhancement: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to devise and execute strategies aimed at increasing sales for each retailer. This includes launching significant products, conducting training sessions, managing visual merchandising, and creating branded environments. Actively participate in the development and delivery of these resources to our partners.
- UK Wholesale Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden our distribution network within the UK, targeting smaller independent retailers and emerging segments.
- Support for EU Growth: Assist the Commercial Director in extending our wholesale footprint in the EU by managing and supporting European wholesale agents and partners.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in account management within the Luxury, Retail, Wholesale, Direct-to-Consumer, or Consumer Goods sectors.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with the curiosity and independence to drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and achieve results.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and proprietary retail stores is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
