Job Title: Wholesale Manager - Luxury Brand

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team at People Marketing Fashion Recruitment. As a Wholesale Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales across our luxury brand, working closely with customers in the UK and internationally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing area account relationships, building strong partnerships with existing and potential wholesale customers to achieve sales budget targets
  • Supporting global B2B wholesale sales planning and strategy in line with business goals
  • Understanding international markets, identifying partnership opportunities, and building growth strategies while maintaining consistent brand positioning
  • Preparing for seasonal sales campaigns, supporting with uploading of the collection on JOOR, ensuring all assets are ready in a timely manner, and arranging collection trainings with agents
  • Managing and servicing agents for various territories, monitoring payments and deliveries, supporting with customer queries, and managing sample movements post market
  • Analysing seasonal performance, conducting sell-through analyses, highlighting quantitative and qualitative sales feedback to be presented to management on a weekly basis
  • Tracking seasonal STGs for majors, updating RTV tracker weekly to proactively monitor projected EOS results
  • Conducting regular store visits and arranging seasonal trainings for key accounts
  • Supporting with budget forecasting, ensuring budget master sheet is set up and updated throughout the season
  • Working with Production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure in-season monthly shipping targets are met, managing risks and opportunities, including re-cuts, reorders, returns, payments, and terms of contract
  • Working closely with the Wholesale Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and management of accounts
  • Supporting with other ad hoc sales department tasks

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of fashion wholesale experience in international luxury markets
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills – systems expertise – ability to run and analyse data
  • Advanced skills in Excel, proficiency in Zedonk, Joor, MS Office
  • Excellent command in English, additional language preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious with entrepreneurial approach
