Job Description

JD&Co. is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B account management and business development, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle retail environment.

The Corporate & Wholesale business has grown significantly, and the company works with a range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling corporate and bespoke orders, business development, marketing the corporate offering, and networking to build relationships and generate leads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is also essential.

About the Role
  1. Handling corporate and bespoke orders
  2. Business development: nurturing key corporate accounts and actively recruiting new clients
  3. Marketing the corporate offering: through partnerships, email, and social channels, printed material, and corporate events
  4. Networking: attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and act as a brand ambassador for the company
  5. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels
About You
  1. Proven experience in luxury B2B corporate/wholesale sales (3 years +) with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities
  3. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  4. Results-oriented mindset with an ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards
