Wholesale Operations Manager Job Description

A leading luxury beauty brand is seeking a seasoned Wholesale Operations Manager to be based in London.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through daily communication and negotiation of contracts and order fulfillment processes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to drive new account and territory openings, ensuring seamless integration and expansion.
  • Monitor and optimize 3PL activity to ensure efficient logistics and shipping operations.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting shipping performance versus targets.
  • Contribute to the development of the longer-term wholesale operations strategy, incorporating industry trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the processing of sales orders in a timely manner, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customs and shipping issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Participate in the annual stock take and monthly cycle counts, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  • Develop and enhance the skills of the Operations and Management teams through performance reviews and metric ownership.
