About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic brand team at Matrix, a Certified B Corp business and one of the 100 Best Places to Work in 2024. Our passion lies in beauty, wellness, and travel, and we are proud to be co-founders and operators of many amazing brands.

This is a fixed-term maternity contract opportunity that will play a pivotal part in shaping and leading the brand direction for Cowshed as we continue to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute future global brand plans, focusing on accelerating the brand's growth and presence internationally.
  2. Act as a key brand guardian for the brand across the business, leading cross-functional collaboration.
  3. Manage integrated brand campaigns from end to end, serving as the main contact for the commercial and sales team.
  4. Build relationships with Creative, Digital, E-comm, Wholesale, Product, and Supply teams to deliver on brand plans.
  5. Work with innovation and insights teams to support the NPD pipeline for the brand.
  6. Own the management of integrated brand campaigns for new launches and ongoing communications.
  7. Develop toolkits and presentation materials for key retailer and stakeholder meetings.
  8. Own brand performance tracking and report on KPI targets.
  9. Plan and execute brand campaign shoots for 360 assets.
  10. Create and distribute global toolkits to maintain brand consistency.
  11. Oversee the master brand calendar across marketing and trade.
  12. Support and develop the Brand Manager in their learning and development goals.

  6. High appreciation for creative work and understanding of brand identity.
