Beauty Brand Account Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and wholesale partners to expand the reach of Sand & Sky's beauty brand. This involves sales strategy, account management, and close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing and operations. The primary contact for key accounts will ensure strong relationships and execute strategies that align with the brand's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration, revenue growth, and overall performance within retail and wholesale channels.
- Work closely with retailers to provide product knowledge, ensure proper merchandising, and implement promotional campaigns that boost sales.
- Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities, expanding the brand's presence in the beauty market.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely product delivery to partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retail and wholesale partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or wholesale account management in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop strong partner relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess sales performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
