About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our counter management team at John Lewis in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a successful business through the motivation and engagement of your team members.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage our unique portfolio of Beauty brands across all 3 categories
- Stay agile and capture new retail opportunities
- Leading by example by delivering our customer engagement approach, you will create strong connections with your customers through the brand history and high-performance formulas, thus securing brand loyalty to not only NARS but to you as an Artist
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing others
- Beauty retail management experience
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with service
