Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration, revenue growth, and overall performance within retail and wholesale channels.
- Work closely with retailers to provide product knowledge, ensure proper merchandising, and implement promotional campaigns that boost sales.
- Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities, expanding the brand's presence in the beauty market.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely product delivery to partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retail and wholesale partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Regularly review retail account performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize partner relationships and achieve sales targets.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or wholesale account management in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop strong partner relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess sales performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
