Creative Director for Luxury Beauty Brand

Townhouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our luxury beauty brand's creative vision and strategy. As the Head of Content and Creative, you will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of our brand, overseeing the creation of engaging content, and managing a talented creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Townhouse's premium positioning and enhances our visual identity.
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and video creators to produce high-quality content that resonates across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across physical salons, social platforms, and digital spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Townhouse remains an industry leader in luxury beauty content.
About You:
- Strong experience in creative leadership and management within the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work and managing creative teams.
