About the Role

The Creative Director - Fragrance and Beauty will be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy for Coty's fragrance and personal care brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the creative vision for fragrance and personal care brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to drive business growth and brand equity.
  • Lead the development of packaging, in-store, and digital assets, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights to inform creative decisions.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the beauty and fragrance industry, with a focus on luxury and prestige brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel globally, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with A-list celebrity talent and top-level directors and photographers.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
