A leading luxury beauty brand is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Director to lead their Art and Design team from London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the visual and creative direction of the brand, developing and executing the overall creative vision, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

**Creative Leadership**

- Develop and execute the overall creative vision for the brand.

- Lead the Art and Design team, including designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms.

Brand Development

- Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand's core values, identity, and target audience.

- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams.

- Drive innovation in how the brand is presented visually across various touchpoints.

Campaign Creation

- Oversee the development of 360-degree marketing campaigns.

- Manage the end-to-end creative process for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships.

- Work with external agencies when necessary.

Visual and Content Strategy

- Develop and manage the visual content strategy across all digital platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and beauty trends.

- Oversee the creation of photo and video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Team Development

- Mentor and grow the in-house Art and Design team.

- Build and maintain relationships with freelance talent and external agencies.

- Monitor workload and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Budget & Resource Management

- Oversee the creative budget.

- Allocate resources effectively, managing both in-house and external creative partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative leadership positions within the beauty industry, a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative campaigns, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of creative output. A deep understanding of beauty industry aesthetics, consumer behavior, and emerging trends is essential, as well as advanced proficiency in design software and familiarity with video editing tools.
