KJ Talent & Partners is partnering with a leading beauty company to find an exceptional Account Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the wholesale distribution across the EU via Douglas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement wholesale customer plans to deliver brand vision, sales, and budgeted growth objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of in-store activities that drive brand awareness, growth, and sales.
- Partner with Sales and Education Executives to ensure Beauty Artists represent the Brands effectively in-store, delivering an enhanced brand experience while achieving all sales targets and KPIs.
- Partner with the Sales Director Europe to identify new wholesale accounts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing strategic accounts within a fast-paced, retail environment, preferably within the beauty/personal care/luxury goods/quality consumer brand sector.
- Prior experience in managing Douglas account, preferably.
- An exceptional negotiator, with proven commercial acumen and extensive prior management of sales plans and budgets.
- Highly creative with a keen sense of brand and industry awareness, and the ability to create.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written German and English.
