Global Enterprise Accounts Representative

Papaya Global, a rapidly growing B2B tech unicorn, seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join its team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders of our most valuable accounts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and sustainability of the account. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client accounts.
To achieve this, you will collaborate with the Regional lead and internal teams to develop and execute amendments supporting new solutions. Additionally, you will ensure exceptional service delivery by meeting and exceeding client expectations, promptly addressing and resolving issues, and conducting regular partnership calls to understand clients' business needs and future.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years' experience in account management or sales.
- Knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, or Fintech industries.
- Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
- Client-focused with a passion for outstanding service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
