Enterprise Account Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Representative to join our sales team at DBFS Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR CROSS-SELLING AND UPSELLING OUR SERVICES
- CONDUCT EFFECTIVE NEEDS ANALYSIS TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE RELEVANT SOLUTIONS
- PARTNER WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO DELIVER PRESENTATIONS AND ENSURE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS
- MONITOR AND RECORD ALL SALES-RELATED ACTIVITY TO EACH ACCOUNT OR PROSPECT
- 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE AND SOLUTION SELLING, INCLUDING LICENSES AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
- EXPERIENCE WITH BUSINESS APPLICATIONS IN A COMPLEX SELLING ENVIRONMENT, SELLING DIRECTLY AND THROUGH SEVERAL STRATEGIC PARTNERS
- PROVEN ABILITY TO BUILD A STRATEGIC TERRITORY PLAN AND EXECUTE ACCORDING TO PLAN
- KNOWLEDGE OF FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (SALESFORCE OR CLICKSOFTWARE), CRM, OR ERP (SALESFORCE, ORACLE, SAP) IS ESSENTIAL
- DYNAMIC, SELF-MOTIVATED, CREATIVE THINKER WITH AN APPRECIATION OF CORPORATE GOALS
- ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED, TEAM ENVIRONMENT
- A highly competitive salary up to £100,000 per annum
