**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team as a Paid Per Click Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Shopping, Search, Retargeting, Bing, and Meta.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including sales, costs, ROI, and ad performance
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign performance

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid advertising, preferably in an e-commerce setting
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and a team player with a passion for digital marketing
