Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid search marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus up to £3,750 bonus.
