Paid Per Click Executive

Are you a digital marketing expert looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Paid Per Click Executive to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd.

About the Role:

We're a leading outdoor retailer with a passion for sustainability and customer service. As a Paid Per Click Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth across our brands, including Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ROAS-focused PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Shopping, Search, Retargeting, Bing, and Meta.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance shopping feeds and improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices in SEM and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including sales, costs, ROI, and ad performance.

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus up to £3,750 bonus.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on PPC experience in an online retail setting.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
