About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Per Click Executive to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth across our brands through effective paid advertising strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute ROAS-focused PPC campaigns across Google Shopping, Search, Retargeting, Bing, and Meta.
  • Ad Creative and Copywriting: Optimize and test ads, including copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve ad performance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, costs, ROI, and ad performance to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Shopping Feed Optimization: Enhance shopping feeds using data-driven insights to improve ad results and drive sales.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices in SEM and stay up-to-date with industry trends.


Requirements:

  • PPC Experience: Proven hands-on experience in PPC advertising, particularly in an online retail setting.
  • GDPR Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR's impact on paid search and ability to implement compliant strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Self-motivated and a team player with a passion for digital marketing.


What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus up to £3,750 bonus.
