About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team as a Paid Search Executive. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth across our brands through the development and execution of effective Paid Search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google Shopping, Search, Retargeting, Bing, and Meta to achieve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals.
  • Optimize and test ad copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve ad performance and enhance shopping feeds using data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, costs, ROI, and ad performance to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Paid Search marketing, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads platforms, as well as shopping feed management tools.
