Front Desk Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Reception Manager for Big Easy Canary Wharf, you will oversee the smooth operation of our reception desk, providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in a similar role with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, ideally gained in a restaurant or hotel sector.
- Support the seamless running of the high-paced restaurant, by assisting the team to provide a highly efficient, smooth, and personalised service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind.
- Highly motivated and pro-active; act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests, and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the Restaurant.
- Experience in managing a team, conducting continuous training, and development of the department.
- Proficiency with SevenRooms and OpenTable, knowledge of Fork, Tripleseat is desired but not essential.
