Front Desk Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest room assignments, and cash handling.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including guest accounts and hotel inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including property management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
