Front Desk Coordinator

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and valet services. This position is responsible for handling internal and external guest issues, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front office and valet staff during shifts, ensuring all established policies are followed
- Process guest transactions, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Operate the PBX equipment, answer incoming calls, and assist with outgoing calls
- Control cash transactions and maintain a personal bank account
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dealing directly with the public and acquired general knowledge of basic customer service skills
- Fluency in English and ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively
- Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems
- Standard office equipment operation skills
