Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  3. Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest accounts and hotel transactions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
