This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer of vehicles in Shropshire, enjoying a long and well-earned reputation for quality vehicles and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising customer awareness of all retailer services
  • Ensuring highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
  • Providing customer service effectively on the telephone and a good standard of written English
