Role Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Shropshire's bravest heroes. As a member of our fire and rescue service, you will play a vital role in providing emergency response services to Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license
• The ability to pass a medical examination
• High levels of physical fitness

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus an annual retaining fee and support for fitness and training. You will also receive excellent rates of pay for training and emergency call outs.
