Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team in North Telford District. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planned and admission avoidance care to patients, promoting a ‘can do’ attitude, and delivering skilled clinical support work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing Planned and Admission Avoidance care to patients in the community
  • Liaising with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Traveling independently and working on a rota system covering 7 days
Requirements
  • Prior NHS experience, preferably in community nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate real enthusiasm for community nursing
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment.
