About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an After Sales Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth completion of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, and surveyors
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
  • Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
  • Passionate about haart, our values, and processes
