Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair tasks for our customers
  • Providing customers with information on warranty coverage and recommending additional services or products
  • Collaborating with the Aftersales department to manage and arrange appointments efficiently
  • Communicating with customers on expected completion times and ensuring clear communication while their vehicle is in the service department
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all bookings are documented in the system

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and succinctly
  • Familiarity with dealer systems and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
