Financial Services Coordinator
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing new business applications, assisting with suitability reports, and supporting our advisors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process new business applications and ensure timely completion
* Assist with suitability reports and provide accurate information
* Book client reviews and maintain a high level of customer service
* Support our advisors with administrative tasks and provide guidance as needed
* Deal with incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
**Requirements:**
* Experience in a financial services environment or a related field
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and organized approach
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
