Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers within our Essex office. As a Financial Administrator, you will work closely with the Paraplanners and Advisors to prepare suitability reports, manage the LOA end-to-end process, maintain client contact, and handle all client tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Paraplanners and Advisors in preparing suitability reports
- Manage the LOA end-to-end process
- Maintain client contact and handle all client tasks
- Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors
- Assist with product research as part of your role
Requirements: We are ideally looking for someone with 18 months + experience of working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator.
