Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support our Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in our Essex office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Paraplanners and Advisors in preparing suitability reports
- Manage the LOA end-to-end process
- Maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks
- Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors
- Assist with product research
Requirements:
- 18 months + experience working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
