At Teledyne FLIR LLC, we're committed to delivering innovative sensing solutions that make a real impact. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the AP Manager in ensuring the function operates within financial control and procedures.
  • Reviewing and responding to emails in the accounts payable inbox.
  • Processing supplier and contractor invoices, ensuring timely processing with relevant purchase orders and approvals.
  • Preparing AP GL reconciliations.
  • Paying suppliers via electronic means, such as BACS, CHAPS, and international transfers.
  • Reconciling and filing supplier statements, requesting copies of missing invoices and credit notes, and following up on action points.
  • Developing effective relationships with internal and external customers, reporting lines, external bodies, and colleagues across the organization, providing assistance and support when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually.
  • Knowledge of financial systems.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced P2P/Accounts Payable department.
  • A focus on accuracy and ability to follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
