Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ground Control. This role will involve managing the delivery of projects within a distribution area, working closely with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme delivery, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards in terms of safety, quality, customer service, and profitability. They will also be required to develop a strong working relationship with clients, negotiate contracts, and manage a small team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery, including outputs and performance against KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with project coordinators and stakeholders
  • Resolve landowner complaints and Held-Up spans
  • Participate in internal programming and planning meetings
  • Assist junior PM/Surveyor in resolving SSSI sites, TPOs, or Conservation Areas

  • Practiced negotiation and influencing skills

  • Well-developed team management and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance demands from numerous sources

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
