Steer Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, providing flexibility while managing critical financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 employees, ensuring efficient workflows and team development.
- Manage the finance inbox and maintain smooth operation by overseeing system parameters.
- Reconcile intercompany balances to ensure accuracy across Steer Automotive's locations.
- Ensure all banks are posted and matched in the system for timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Must hold AAT Level 4 qualification.
- Proven experience in financial operations and team leadership, ideally within the automotive or accident repair industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
