Job Summary:

Financial Divisions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Colchester, Essex. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Paraplanners and Advisors in preparing suitability reports and managing the LOA end-to-end process.
  • Maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks, including arranging and preparing documentation for Advisors.
  • Conduct product research and provide support across the whole of market.
  • Work closely with the Paraplanners and Advisors to ensure excellent client service and support.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months of experience working in a wealth management or financial services environment as a Financial Administrator or Client Service Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent support to colleagues.
