A reputable Financial Services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the advisors and para-planners with quality administration duties.

  • Process new business cases
  • Liaise with clients and support with any questions or queries they have
  • Prepare client reporting packs
  • Ensure all compliance documents are correct and up-to-date
  • Follow all relevant legislation
  • Update the back-office system with client information
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an administrative role with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
