At 3Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Proposal Manager to lead our bid management process from opportunity identification to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape winning strategies and drive excellence in bid development.

About the Role:

  • Support the overall management of the bids process, ensuring end-to-end accountability from pre-positioning to post-bid feedback.
  • Assess client requirements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft, edit, and review high-quality responses.
  • Drive collaboration between teams, including supply chain partners and design teams, to ensure seamless execution of bidding best practices.
  • Design and implement effective bidding strategies, leveraging expertise in win strategy, bidding processes, and knowledge management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in writing and understanding bids and proposals within architecture and construction.
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £1 million.
  • APMP/Shipley/Prince2 certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for international audiences.
