As a key member of the Aztec team, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful bid submissions and securing strategic opportunities for the organisation. This role requires a unique blend of project management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the qualification process for each opportunity, ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements and organisational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain proposal content repositories, supporting the development of self-serve proposal documents and ensuring consistency across bid submissions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and develop persuasive content, aligning with business goals and organisational messaging.
  • Lead the creation of compelling and tailored proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and showcasing Aztec's strengths.
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to evaluate the success of submitted proposals and identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance future bid strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in coordinating and winning complex bids.
  • Project and bid management skills, with a demonstrated success in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within short timeframes.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate direct and indirect teams in person and virtually to drive success.
