Job Description:
Avenues Group seeks a Part Time Assistant Service Manager to support our team at our Horley service. This is a job share opportunity for a 24 hour contract per week.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or other health needs, as well as knowledge of sector relevant legislation and regulatory bodies. They will also be able to manage budgets and financial information, and work with their Service Manager to manage and lead a successful and positive team.

Responsibilities:
- Support a good team to provide excellent support to individuals with complex needs
- Develop and manage your staff team in a fair and consistent manner
- Understand the balance between keeping our people safe and positive risk taking
