Customer Experience Lead

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in leading the store team to achieve sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to take on a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably with a similar retailer
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
