Job Description

We are seeking a Support Team Lead to join our team at Sy3, providing support to young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to inspire and motivate the team to provide a high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Work with your Service Manager to reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example.
  • Attend appointments with the people we support, attend care reviews, review and update care plans and risk assessments, record and monitor daily logs, lead shifts, and administer medication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting people with disabilities and complex needs, flexibility to work across different shift patterns on a 7-day rota, and ability to be part of an on-call rota. Salary: £27,154 per annum.
