A strong people manager with excellent collaboration skills, you will work closely with other Heads of Departments and Team Managers.

This hybrid role offers two days in the office and three days working from home per week.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a Development/Engineering Team
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team integration skills
  • Experience and knowledge of working with multiple technologies and systems
  • A customer-centric approach with ITIL Service Management expertise
  • Experience in all aspects of development methodologies
  • A strategic mindset with ability to think big picture
  • Ability to share knowledge and introduce new technologies to improve functions

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
