We're looking for a part-time Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Horley. This role involves providing support to young people with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy in both home and community settings.

Job Requirements:
  • Delivering individualized support to those with learning disabilities and/or other health needs
  • Effectively managing budgets and financial information
  • Staying informed about sector-relevant legislation, regulatory bodies, and standards
  • Leading and managing a successful and positive team
  • Filling in as the Service Manager when needed
