About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, your duties may include assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship, and participating in person-centered care planning.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities, and to contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will also need to be empathetic, warm-hearted, and able to deliver the highest standard of care and support to all our residents.
