BardWood Support Services Limited is a leading recruitment specialist supporting the facilities industry in the UK. We are seeking a skilled Security and Surveillance Professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff. This includes patrolling the retail store premises, investigating any incidents or disturbances, and monitoring entry and exit points.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. You will also need to be confident in calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
This is a permanent position, which requires transfer to our client after 12 weeks. The role comes with various benefits, including a company-funded SIA License renewal, cycle to work scheme, and vouchers across various retailers.
Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
