IT Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team as a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring seamless and efficient use of hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desk-side and remote-based end-user support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
• Set up and administer user accounts to systems in line with HR requests and complete user access audits across systems.
• Support on projects as instructed by the Digital Transformation Manager and Management Team.
• Roll out new software across the business, ensuring all logs for equipment and software are maintained.
Requirements:
• Experience of delivering IT or system support, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Understanding of IT security principles and experience in using Salesforce, ITSM Software, and Microsoft Teams.
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
